  • Yes we do. We offer the same clothing alteration services for both men and women.

  • Yes, for your convenience, all our branches have both male and female tailors to pin your garments.

  • Yes, all Tailor & Tweak branches across Dubai and Abu Dhabi have private changing rooms, so you can comfortably try on garments before or after alterations.

  • Time to completion may vary based on the complexity of the garment and/or alteration type. However, we strive to give you back your garments within 3 days. Some of our branches are busier than others and may take slightly longer. 

  • Yes we provide a 1-hour service for simple alterations and a 24-hour service for more complex alterations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. However, during busy periods, the completion time may be extended to within 24 hours. Please be aware that our Express Service incurs an additional 50% charge.

  • Yes, we offer a delivery back service anywhere in the UAE for a fee of 27 AED. Simply visit a branch or contact the branch where you left your items, and they will arrange for your garments to be sent back. You will receive a payment link for the courier charge. 

  • As industry leaders for over a decade, our pricing strikes a fine balance between competitiveness and value. We seek to provide fair pricing while ensuring that the quality assurance and attention to detail that our employees apply to each alteration is accounted for. 

  • We accept cash and credit card.

  • You will receive an SMS message. Please read the message carefully as we may direct message you with personalised offers from time to time.

  • We offer over 1800 different types of clothing alteration including hemming, shortening, lining, restyling, patching, adding buttons and zippers, resizing, patching, and pattern copy.

  • Yes, we are able to alter all types of garments, including national dress.

  • Yes, we are able to alter both regular children’s clothing and school uniforms.

  • Yes, we are able to alter garments of all materials and complexities for any kind of occasion, including formal.

  • Yes, our specialist team are capable of handling all types of delicate materials and intricate garments. 

  • Yes, we are able to mend tears and replace or add zips and buttons to your garments.

  • Yes, we are able to add custom embroidery to your garments at our Mall of the Emirates branch. 

  • Yes, we are able to send an expert tailor to your home to pin and collect your items and deliver them back upon completion. 

  • One of our tailors will visit your home and pin your garments. They will then take the garments to one of our workshops for alteration and deliver them back to your home upon completion. 

  • Yes, when booking, you will be offered the choice between a female or male tailor for your convenience. 

  • Yes, there is a 300 AED minimum spend for home service bookings only. In-shop alterations do not have a minimum spend. 

  • We offer home service in all areas across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. 

  • Yes, we have a 50% additional charge for our 1-hour and 24-hour Express Services.

  • We accept cash and credit card payment.

  • Yes, for every 1 AED spent you will receive 1 Tweak Point. Every 50 points is 1 AED off your next alteration. 

  • Due to varying complexity of garments and alteration types, each alteration is unique in how much time, labour, and skill is required. 

  • Yes, our team of specialist tailors are capable of handling garments of all qualities, including designer brands. 

  • Yes, we accept Fazaa, Privilege Plus, and Emirates APC cards

  • No we do not currently have a Whatsapp number for inquiries. Kindly contact any branch or fill the inquiry form and we will get back to you promptly.

  • Please check your item at collection (or as soon as you get home) and report any issue promptly.
    As stated on your receipt, we provide a 10-day workmanship warranty from the collection date so we can review and resolve concerns quickly.
